I encourage you to take an honest stab at giving these new habits a try. I promise, if you do, you’ll soon feel significantly better when you walk through your door at the end of the day.
You may already be hesitant to add even one more to-do into your hectic day. You may even be thinking, “well, it’s easy for you to stick with daily habits – you’re an organizer! I, on the other hand, am already overwhelmed. I’m not sure I have it in me to change.”
I understand how you feel. Honest.
I simply encourage you to give these a try. The first few weeks may not be as easy as it sounds (after all, it takes up to 21 days to form a new habit, right? So give yourself a break). The true benefit here is in the daily practice. The more these habits become routine, the less time they’ll take.
